Main School
The school fees for 2023/2024 are £2150 per term. For parents who are paying for more than one child in the family, sibling discounts are available. Full details about our fee structure can be found in our admissions policy.
Nursery
Nursery Fees are in line with those set by the Nursery Education Fund. We offer 15 and 30 hour provision and parents may apply for vouchers from the Nursery Education Fund to cover the cost of qualifying hours.
Emmanuel Christian Learning Group
For children of secondary age who are electively home educated, Emmanuel provides a small group setting for a limited number of hours per week for children in Year 7 – 9.
This video captures the tone and atmosphere of the group and the brochure explains the details of the group and how to apply.
Uniform
ECS has green and gold as its colours which remind us of the trees which surround our site and Jesus Christ who is central to our school’s life.
Pupils wear a white top and either a grey dress, skirt or trousers. Every child wears a green sweatshirt with the Emmanuel logo in gold. These can be purchased from the school office.
Policies
Copies of all policies, including the exclusions policy, curriculum policy and the last inspection report are available from the school office.
ISI Inspection Reports
Emmanuel Christian School is a member of the Independent Schools Association which is a member of the Independent Schools Council. Our inspection body, the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), reports on the school every three years.
We are delighted to share the recent Educational Quality Inspection of our school by the Independent Schools Inspectorate reported that the quality of pupil’s academic and other achievements was ‘excellent’ and the quality of pupil’s personal development was ‘excellent’.
The report reflects our central educational philosophy: that the most important question education should ask of a child is not, ‘what will you be when you are older?’ but, ‘who will you be?’; that the gifts that educators are called to draw out of children are most potent when aligned with the character of humility, gratitude, compassion and service.
We hope you enjoy reading the reports and the picture it gives of what we mean by ‘life and learning to the full.
